1. Who We Are

Stowtro operates the Stowtro service, which provides multi-channel restock notification orchestration for WooCommerce stores.

2. What We Collect

Account data: Email address, hashed password (or Google ID if signed in via Google), plan tier, billing status.

Site connection data: WordPress site URL, hashed API key, connection timestamp, last check-in time.

Notification metadata: Product reference, subscriber count (a number, not the list), job status and timestamps.

Billing data: Handled by DodoPayments. We do not store raw card details. See DodoPayments' privacy policy for their data practices.

Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent for security logs, cookies for session authentication.

3. What We Explicitly Do Not Collect

Subscriber emails and phone numbers of end-shoppers who sign up for restock alerts - these never leave your WordPress database.

SMTP, SMS, or WhatsApp API credentials - your BYOK credentials are stored and used only on your own site, encrypted with your WordPress salts.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under contract necessity (providing the service), legitimate interest (security logs, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing emails, if any).

5. Third Parties

We use the following subprocessors: Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (Workers/Pages hosting, CDN), DodoPayments (billing/payment processing), Google (OAuth sign-in, if used).

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Notification job logs are purged after 90 days. You can self-service delete your account from the dashboard.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data under GDPR Articles 15-20. Use the dashboard "Export My Data" and "Delete Account" tools, or contact us at the email below.

8. Cookies

We use session/auth cookies necessary for the service to function. No analytics or tracking cookies are used at this time.
