Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Stowtro provides multi-channel restock notification orchestration for WooCommerce stores via a WordPress plugin and centralized dashboard.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Your API credentials for email/SMS providers remain on your own server and are your responsibility to secure.

3. Subscription & Billing

Plan tiers (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) and their features are described on our pricing page. Billing is handled by DodoPayments. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable after the billing date.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the notification system for spam or unsolicited marketing. You are responsible for compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA) for messages sent through your account, as we do not control the content or recipients of notifications you send.

5. Service Availability

We provide the orchestration layer, but actual message delivery depends on your email/SMS provider functioning correctly. We are not liable for failures caused by your third-party provider being down, misconfigured, or rate-limited.

6. Intellectual Property

The WordPress plugin is licensed under GPLv2 or later as required by the WordPress Plugin Directory. The central SaaS dashboard and backend are proprietary. You retain ownership of your content and data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for abuse or non-payment. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
